Founder, Adrienne C. Burgess Boose, MSL,LNC,MA CP 

Adrienne C. Burgess-Boose is an Author,  Legal Nurse Consultant, Advanced Paralegal, Certified Medical Assistant, and Certified Nurse Assistant.   She has a Master of Science in Law degree from Champlain College and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from The College of New Rochelle.

Caring for people has always been her first love.   At an early age, Adrienne and her sister, Stefanie; helped their mother care for their grandmother while she was sick and Adrienne’s grandmother always said that her granddaughters, Adrienne and Stefanie; were her favorite nurses. Perhaps becoming a nurse was Adrienne’s destiny.  During her primary school years thru high school; Adrienne also admired lawyers representing those who do not know the legal system putting forth an effort to educate the masses. 

Coincidentally,  Adrienne C. Burgess-Boose has been in the medical and legal fields for over 20 years with demonstrated nursing history which includes working in nursing homes, clinics, and hospitals.  In the various hospitals,  Adrienne has rotated in units such as medical- surgical, cardio- thoracic, open heart surgery, and the orthopedic units.  Adrienne has also worked in private duty nursing as a nurse and nursing coordinator as well as a clinical services coordinator in the home care division.

On the Legal side, Adrienne has worked in paralegal internships at general practice law firms, small claims court and at the New York Law Department: Special Federal Litigation Unit.

Upon completing her Masters degree, Adrienne promised herself that she would utilize her nursing and legal backgrounds to help others; that is when 

Nu Visions Med Legal Consulting was born. 

For the last 10 years Adrienne has been working as a legal nurse consultant while still working in hospitals.  So maybe her grandmother was right.
